Hidden among the paved alleys of the island’s pulsing town, lies a high design 90m² abode of minimalist perfection that offers the ultimate escape from the summertime crowds.
The interior is surprisingly calming, mainly thanks to the clean aesthetic and natural materials used to soften its otherwise somber energy. Quality is the common characteristic throughout the house, applying to everything from the construction materials down to the last piece of furniture. The ground level includes a living room and an open plan kitchen separated by an island that also serves as a dining table. A two-station study has been created to accommodate those lucky enough to be able to work remotely. Stark white walls allow the light to stream in, adding a warm glow to the interior, and offer a visually clean backdrop to showcase artworks. A concrete staircase leads to the cozy main bedroom and the house’s biggest surprise: a stylish, family sized terrace fully equipped for lounging and dining, that offers amazing views of the town and the sea beyond.
